Hi, my name is Hailey Lawson, I am a Texas-based photographer, videographer, and media manager passionate about storytelling through imagery and helping brands bring their visions to life through digital media and strategic content.
My journey started on a farm in East Texas, where my love for photography grew from capturing wildlife around our family land. I went on to earn a dual degree in Studio Art and Biology from Centenary College of Louisiana, balancing NCAA Volleyball, academics, and research that strengthened my skills in visual storytelling and organization.
Professionally, I’ve worked across publishing, marketing, and brand media:
• SB Magazine (2019-2024): Photographer & Assistant Editor → Promoted to Digital Director, leading visual/editorial projects for print, web, and social media.
• May Marketing Group (2022-Present): Social Media Specialist, creating content to help businesses grow online.
• Premier Pools & Spas (2024-Present): Media Manager (Houston NW, Heart of Texas, Corpus Christi), where I oversee photography, social media, and marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
Alongside this, I run my own photography and videography business (Hailey Lawson Media) and I am also FAA Part 107 Drone Certified. Outside of work and creating content, I love exploring nature, traveling, and spending time with family and my two dogs. My goal is to create meaningful, lasting stories through visuals that connect with people, whether that be through my commercial, lifestyle, or nature media. Every image and video is a chance to spark connection, emotion, and memory.
